Can school bathrooms be an inspiring place?
I absolutely loved leading the creation of these two murals in the Jr Boys Toilets at my son’s school. It was part of a massive community effort to rejuvenate all the bathrooms at the school, based on heaps of research indicating that clean, safe (and even joyful) toilets can powerfully impact a child’s ability to thrive.
I conceived and designed the murals, which, with help from a whole team of parents and students, were completed over two weekends in late 2019.
